Q: When are the weekly winnings payout?
A: Every Saturday after the completed week. This is done to insure no mistakes are made in the final calculation. All winnings are paid to the winners in the same form they paid their fees.

Q: What if I didn't get my picks in before the deadline but the pick sheet was still available.
A: As long as the pick sheets are available (Sunday mornings) you can submit your picks however, this is truly taking a chance. If you wait until Sunday, there is no guarantee I won't update early... and you're out of luck.

Q: How do I know my picks are submitted?
A: You will receive an email copy of your picks for your records. I you do not get this email within a few minutes, chances are, neither did I. You have a few options, wait awhile to see if the email is just slow... or resubmit them.

Q: What if I received my email confirmation but my picks are not showing online AFTER the pick deadline when all picks are posted?
A: That means I did not receive them. Since the pool relies completely on email, there is a slight chance something can go wrong. You must ALWAYS save your email confirmation as this is your only proof, without it.. you have no picks! You need to contact me ASAP, preferably before the games start for a correction and more instructions. It is your responsibility to make sure a) you receive and keep a pick confirmation. b) contact me as soon as possible

Q: I missed tonight's game in the weekly pools... what happens?
A: Tonight's game counts as a automatic loss... with 16 points. you can still enter the remaining games (just don't use the point value 16)

Q: What if i submit my remaining picks and used the point value 16?
A: I will automatically trade it with whatever game you assigned 16 to and swap the points.

Q: On the pools (Survivor, Loser, Margin, High 5) that do not need all the games picked, do my picks have to be in before a Thursday deadline?
A: No, you do not have to submit picks for any of these games unless you want to pick a team from that game, otherwise you can wait until the Saturday deadline?

Q: I want to join more games.. is it too late?
A: NO, any game can be joined by new players up until the pick deadline this Saturday.

Q: How do I submit a partial pick?
A: Check the box at that bottom of the pick sheet if available.

Q: Do I have to resubmit all my games again for the remaining Sunday games?
A: No, just submit the remaining games..
**** IMPORTANT NOTE - if you select "Partial Pick" it turns off the automatic safety feature built in to remind you if you missed any games.. be careful, a missed game is a loss! To prevent this, use partial picks for your initial submission, then do not use the partial pick when submitting your remaining picks.. you will have to submit all games including the played games but the system ignores all played games anyway.

Q: What if i mess up and submit the remaining games with a point value I used for the early game?
A: The system will swap out the used point value with whatever point value was unused.

Q:What if I want to make a change my submitted picks?
A: You can submit picks as many times as you like, the system accepts the last submitted pick before the deadline... NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Each time you submit a pick you MUST submit all picks and not just the changes. Each time you submit a pick, the system overwrites your previous picks completely!
NO, the partial pick option is not a work around... Each submission completely overwrites all previous picks whether or not all games were selected - except for completed games.
